Updating Guide

Updating your game is important to keep your game functional and up-to-date
with the latest features. Depending on when was the last time you updated,
you may have to wait a long period of time if you haven't updated in a while,
or ever. So it is recommended that you update your game regularly.

If for whatever reason you're not able to update (a common problem), you
can download the latest Ragnarok Online installation files instead. For

Directions:
To update your Ragnarok Online, go to your RO folder (for most, it's located at
C:\Program Files\Gravity\RO , unless you chose to install the game
somewhere else). There's two programs you need to run to update your
game: Ragnarok and Renewal.

Double-click on the file Ragnarok (Ragnarok.exe). That will load the patch
client, which will begin downloading files to update your game. Let the
updating process continue until it's finished, it will say "Patch Process
Completed." Once it is finished, exit the screen.

Now, double-click on the file Ragnarok_RE (Ragnarok_RE.exe). This is the same process
with the Ragnarok.exe file. Let the program update and exit when finished.

And that's it, your game is fully updated!
