Registration/Control Panel
When I click on the Register/Control link, it gives me errors and gibberish
text, what do I do?
This is a problem with a security feature in Internet Explorer. You can use the
Mozilla Firefox browser to go to the register page or control panel page. To
download Firefox, go here: [Firefox] (Firefox is free, easy to install
and easy to use).

Once you have installed Firefox, use that to go to the register page or control
panel page. If it still doesn't work with Firefox, make sure you have disabled
your firewall if you have one installed.

xRO Patch
When I click on start, nothing happens?
This happens when you installed the xRO patch in the wrong folder. Make sure you
install the xRO patch to the folder where you chose to install RO. For example,
some people have installed the patch in the "Gravity" folder. However, in fact,
the game was installed in the "RO" folder, so that's where you're suppose to
install the xRO patch.

After I edited some files from the xRO, some things don't work anymore?
This one is simple, don't edit the files! If you accidentally changed something
or deleted something, just install the xRO patch again.

Game Play

I'm stuck at Payon, why is this happening and how can I get out?
Your RO outdated, you must use a more recent version of RO. Instructions on how
to download the installation files are at the [Installation Guide].

You must request the help of a GM to help you get out if you're stuck and can't
move in Payon. Use the control panel to see if there's any GM online at the time
or go to the our IRC chat to contact a GM directly. But of course, you must use a
newer RO installation files to fix this problem.

I'm not stuck at Payon, but somewhere else, how can I get help?
If you're using the latest RO installation files, you shouldn't get stuck anywhere.

However, if you're using the latest installation files and our latest patch from the
Installation Guide, and you're still stuck somewhere, please contact a GM by using
the control panel to see if there's any GM online at the time or go to our IRC chat
to contact a GM directly.

I get disconnected from the game sometimes, what's happening?
Sometimes the server will disconnect for various reasons. Check the control panel for
the status of the server (it will show whether it's online or not, however, this may
take the a few minutes for it to update if the server goes down). Also, you can go to
our IRC chat which will display whether or not the server is up.

I lost some items that I just got right before I got disconnected, can I get them back?
When the server disconnects, it will be roll backed a minute or so. That means, anything
you got in the minute or so before the server disconnect, you will lose. The GMs can't not
provide any refunds due to this reason
